  • Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment,
  • compensation, relations, benefits, training, and employee services.
  • Identify gaps between policies and existing practices.
  • Coordinates with different stakeholders for motivational and behavioral training/seminars at company or as deem feasible.
  • Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
  • Writes directives advising department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.
  • Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
  • Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization. Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.
  • Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
  • Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
  • Administers benefits programs such as life, health, and dental insurance, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance
  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Provides management direction and counseling. Supervises clerical assistant and temporary staffing as needed
  • Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • To develop the HR team, to ensure the provision of a professional HR service to the organization.
  • Develop HR processes to address the effective management of people with respect to Succession Planning/Competency Mapping.
  • To address matters related to employee grievances.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
