Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment,
compensation, relations, benefits, training, and employee services.
Identify gaps between policies and existing practices.
Coordinates with different stakeholders for motivational and behavioral training/seminars at company or as deem feasible.
Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
Writes directives advising department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.
Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions
Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization. Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.
Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
Administers benefits programs such as life, health, and dental insurance, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance
Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Provides management direction and counseling. Supervises clerical assistant and temporary staffing as needed
Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

Develop HR processes to address the effective management of people with respect to Succession Planning/Competency Mapping.
